FAQs
Do you accept dental insurance?
We are a fee-for-service practice and do not join insurance networks. If you have PPO insurance, we can submit claims on your behalf so you can use any out-of-network benefits you may have.
What happens at a first visit?
A typical first visit includes comprehensive diagnostics and a thorough exam from a Downtown Chicago dentist. Depending on your needs, this may include traditional x-rays, CBCT imaging, digital scans with iTero, photos, and a cleaning.
Do you offer same-day crowns?
Yes. Strobel Dentistry offers CEREC same-day crowns. This allows many crown cases to be completed with fewer visits while maintaining a high level of precision and planning.
Do you offer treatment for snoring or sleep apnea without CPAP?
Yes. We provide screening, home sleep testing, and non-CPAP alternatives such as mandibular advancement devices (MADs) for qualified patients.
Can you see me for a dental emergency?
If time allows, we offer same-day emergency appointments during regular hours. We do not offer after-hours emergency visits.
