As a dedicated dental hygienist, myofunctional therapist, and breath coach, I am passionate about improving oral health and overall well-being through a holistic approach. With 14 years of experience in dental hygiene, I specialize in helping patients achieve optimal oral health through preventive care and personalized treatment plans.
My journey into myofunctional therapy and breath coaching stemmed from a desire to correct my own dysfunctions and also to help address the root causes of oral health issues and promote nasal breathing for improved overall health. I am committed to educating and empowering my patients to understand the vital connection between oral posture, tongue function, and systemic health. Through my expertise in myofunctional therapy, I assist patients in correcting improper oral habits that can lead to issues such as mouth breathing, tongue thrust, and improper swallowing patterns. By integrating breath coaching techniques, I help individuals optimize their breathing patterns for enhanced vitality and well-being. I hold a bachelor's Degree in Biology and Art, an AAS degree in Dental Hygiene, a Masters Degree in Biotechnology and certifications in Buteyko Breathing and Myofunctional Therapy. I continuously pursue advanced training to stay at the forefront of my profession.
