Insurance and payment options
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards, and we offer financing options through CareCredit and Cherry. We’re always transparent with our fees, and we’ll help you explore financial solutions that fit your needs and timeline.
As a fee-for-service practice, we do not participate in insurance networks. If you have PPO dental insurance, we’re happy to submit your claims so you can use any out-of-network benefits available through your plan.

What’s included
2-4 maintenance visits
Based on your tier and clinical needs (may include hygiene therapy, doctor evaluation, and yearly x-rays).

On other services (excluding take-home products, clear aligner therapy, airway treatment, and myofunctional therapy).
Cancel anytime. Rates may change annually with the practice fee schedule (2-month notice provided). Restorative services are due at the time of service unless financial arrangements are made in advance. An active credit card is required for automatic yearly billing.

Do you accept dental insurance?
We’re a fee-for-service practice and don’t participate in insurance networks. We can submit claims to PPO plans so you can use any out-of-network benefits available through your coverage.
What happens at a new patient appointment?
Most first visits include diagnostics and a comprehensive exam, and may also include a cleaning depending on your needs. We may use x-rays, CBCT imaging, iTero scans, and photos to help us diagnose clearly and explain recommendations.
Will I get a treatment plan and costs before anything starts?
Yes. If treatment is recommended, we’ll review your options and explain what each path involves. You’ll also know the fees upfront and can discuss payment or financing arrangements if needed.
Do you offer same-day appointments for emergencies?
If time allows, we can often see emergencies the same day during normal office hours.
What are my payment options?
You can pay with cash, check, or credit card, and financing is available through third-party providers. We also offer an in-house membership plan designed to make preventive care more predictable without insurance.
