Dr. Scott Drucker
Dr. Scott Drucker is a periodontist at Strobel Dentistry known for a steady, detail-driven approach. He’s at his best when treatment makes a real difference — improving comfort, restoring function, and helping patients feel confident in their smiles again.
His goal is to deliver periodontal care that’s clear, careful, and built for long-term stability.

Lead Hygienist
With a passion for oral health and a love for people, Aer brings a unique combination of skills and experience to our team. Aer started her career as a dental assistant in our office in 2006.
Ali
Senior Hygienist
Alison officially joined the Strobel Dentistry family in July 2005. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Dental College, located in Lincoln, NE.
Leslie
Hygienist, Myofunctional Therapist, Breath Coach
As a dedicated dental hygienist, myofunctional therapist, and breath coach, Leslie is passionate about improving oral health and overall well-being through a holistic approach.
Bridget
Hygienist
Bridget came to us in the summer of 2018. Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Bridget graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2011 with her Bachelor’s in Psychology.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, Julie is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care. Her career is built on a foundation of patient comfort and a deep commitment to patient education, ensuring everyone feels informed and at ease. Julie loves learning new things about my profession.

Chief Operations Officer
Since the summer of 2018, Kimberly has been a compassionate and well-versed member of the best dental team in the Chicagoland area. She has enjoyed working with patients, keeping their smiles bright

Evette was born and raised in Chicago. She has been in the dental industry since 2010 and strives every day to improve her skills in order to guarantee her patients the best experience and highest quality treatment.

Samantha is a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant of 12 years with a strong commitment to patient comfort and quality care. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel informed, relaxed, and confident in their treatment.

Selena is a dedicated dental assistant who finds her passion in the field of dentistry. She takes pride in her work alongside Dr. Dan, appreciating his commitment to excellence in dental care.

Assistant
Mark, our dental assistant and lab technician, originally received a bachelor’s of music performance from New England Conservatory in 2020.

Assistant
Micah graduated from Lincoln College of Technology as a Medical Assistant, but found an interest in Dentistry through Strobel Dentistry. Micah is growing to love dentistry and is aspiring to be a dental hygienist!
Erica
Assistant
Erica graduated from the dental assisting program at Everest College in 2011 and has over 13 years of dental experience. She is well-versed in all aspects of dentistry, from endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics to general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry.
Marcy
Administrative Lead
Marcy has been in the dental industry for 22 years! The best part of dentistry for her is patient education. Marcy is well-versed in everything from insurance and treatments to aftercare.
Nicole
Hygiene Coordinator
Nicole joined Strobel Dentistry in 2021. Previously, she worked full-time in hospitality strategic management for 6 years. Meanwhile, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Business from Northern Illinois University.
Sabelle
New Patient Coordinator
Sabelle was born and raised in South Florida. She moved to Chicago in 2024 after graduating with a degree in Business Administration. She spent 5 years working in Early Childhood education, where she discovered her love for connecting with people and helping others.
Estefania
Marketing Coordinator
Estefania, born and raised in Chicago, joined Strobel Dentistry in 2024. She graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in May 2025 with a Dual Masters degree in Modern and Contemporary Art History and Arts Administration and Policy.

Lead Treatment Coordinator
Jessica, our Treatment Coordinator, has recently joined the team with over 15 years of experience in Dental Administration. In 2017, she earned her degree in the Culinary Arts from The International Culinary School of the Art Institute.
Michelle
Treatment Coordinator
Michelle, our Treatment Coordinator, joined our staff in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. Originally from Miami, FL, she is Cuban-American and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Chimere
Insurance Coordinator
Chimere embarked on her dental career in 2005, beginning as a file clerk. Driven by a passion for enhancing patient care, she enrolled in dental assisting school to deepen her understanding of dental terminology.
Strobel Dentistry through the years
1932
Dr. Gregory Strobel, Sr., graduated from Northwestern Dental School and began practicing with Dr. Griffith several floors above the Marshall Fields Men’s store annex. During this time, he treated some of Chicago’s most famous and infamous names, including Frank Nitti.
1945
Gregory Sr. joins WWII as a captain in the Dental Corps in Italy. While he served, the building held his space, allowing Strobel Dentistry to remain in the building for nearly 90 years.
1960s–1970s
Gregory Sr. served as the official dentist of the Chicago Blackhawks, attending every home game to perform locker-room dental treatment whenever necessary.
1975
Greg Sr. brought on Greg Jr., as well as his niece Beverly, as a hygienist, ushering in the next generation of Strobels to the family business.
1982
We moved to our current location on the 19th floor. Greg Sr. turned the practice over to Greg Jr. and provided meaningful guidance to his son until Greg Sr. died in 1988.
2005
The Strobel family practice continues to grow as Greg Jr.’s son Dan, joins Strobel Dentistry.
2013–Today
Dr. Greg retires, and Dr. Isabella joins the practice, continuing Strobel Dentistry’s legacy of care in downtown Chicago.
1932
