How the Program Works

We’ve made it simple to nominate someone for our pro bono program. Here’s how you can help:

1. Eligibility to Nominate

If you’re a current Strobel Dentistry patient, you’re eligible to nominate one person each year for this program.
Not a patient yet? Schedule your appointment to join our practice and participate in this initiative.

2. Submitting a Nomination

Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

The nominee’s full name
Their email address
Their phone number

3. What Happens After You Nominate

If your nominee is selected, we’ll contact them to schedule a comprehensive new patient evaluation at no cost.
During this visit, our team will carefully assess their dental health and develop a personalized treatment plan designed to address their specific needs.

4. Free Comprehensive Care

All services included in the treatment plan will be completely free of charge.
After their care is complete, nominees will have the option to schedule maintenance visits at a 50% discounted rate to help them keep their oral health on track.

What We Ask in Return

Providing this care is a labor of love for our team, and we want to ensure it makes the greatest possible impact. If your nominee is selected, we ask that they:

Honor all scheduled appointments to receive their free care.
Commit to following their treatment plan as outlined by our team.

This allows us to maximize the benefits of the program and ensure every patient gets the care they deserve.
